Coburn Supply Company is pleased to provide you with the latest in customer
service, our E-Commerce website. This site is designed to provide you with 7
day, 24-hour access to critical business information and processes with Coburn
Supply. Account information, inventory availability, pricing, product images,
product specification, catalog pages, pictures, Order Pad, etc. are some of
the features available on the site. We hope you will find it useful in your
daily business. The website has been designed to be easy to use. In addition to
these Help files on the site, you can e-mail us by filling out the
Feedback form with any
questions or comments you may have.

HOME PAGE
The homepage is the 'front door' to the Coburn Supply website. The web address
you need to enter into your browser to get to the home page is www.coburns.com.
The homepage contains all of the navigation features you will need to work
within the site.
Homepage Features
The following selections are available from the Homepage:

View Cart tab - This tab is used to view any items in your shopping cart.
•
Products tab - This tab is used to go back to the main page to look for
products in the catalog.
•
Locations tab - This tab is used to view a listing of the locations and showrooms along with links to individual location pages that have more detailed information.
•
Events tab - This tab is used to view the events section which has announcements and events associated with Coburn Supply.
•
Account tab - This tab can be used by the registered customers. It contains links to saved orders, payments, invoices, etc.

• Login with your username/password/ branch location - Use these boxes to log into the web site. Username and Password are case sensitive. (more help - see below)
• Forgot Password link - If you forgot your password click this link to receive it in an e-mail. (more help - see below)
• Register for a web account link - If you have a Coburn's charge account and are interested in having access to your information on-line click this button to register. (more help - see below)
• Scrolling Marquee which lets customers know of any important announcements.
• Buttons on the left - Each button takes you to a particular section catalog. The pictures in the center correspond with the buttons on the left. (more help -

• Open a Charge Account - Use this form to open a Coburn's charge account. (more help - Click Here)

• Site Map – Contains a listing of links to different parts of the web site. (more help - Click Here)
Logging In / Registering / Forgot Password / Opening Charge Account
At the Main Page you can do the following:
Log in - Enter your User Name and Password in the text boxes and click SUBMIT. You can also choose a different location to shop at in the drop down menu. Your default is set to the location you shop at the most. If you want your default changed to a different location please let us know by sending us Feedback and be sure to include your account # and the location you want set as your default. Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive.
Register for a Coburn's Web Account - Click Here to register
for a username and password to log into www.coburns.com. Once you fill out the form it may take a day or 2 for your account to be approved by your local Coburn's personnel and for your invoices and payments to show up under the account manager.
Only customers with Coburn's charge accounts are allowed to receive a username/password to logged into the web site. Registering allows you to check quantity at your local Coburn's and also review your invoices, payments, etc. If you do not have a charge account please Click Here and fill out the information.
Forgot Password - Click Here to fill out either your username or e-mail address associated with your account. Within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail letting you know your username and password.
Guests – We do encourage everyone to shop on the web site. If you are interested in opening a Coburn’s charge account please Click Here. Customer's with charge accounts can receive username and passwords to log into the web site and view their Account Manager which contains payment history and invoice history.
