Help: Navigation and Searching for Products
The Search Box
This feature can be accessed from any page on the site at anytime. It is located at the top right corner.
Within the text box, type the keyword(s) of a product, the manufacturer’s model number, a Coburn’s quickhit or a Coburn’s part # and click on the SEARCH button.
Search results include the Percent Matched based on the information the customer entered in the search box and the information found in the Coburn’s products listing,a small thumbnail image (if available),product description, vendor name, Coburn’s Part #, and the customer’s price.
Detail Page
From this search listing page (see above section) you may click on the product you are interested in.You are then taken to the detail page of that product.
It includes the products image (if available), a link to the product's spec sheet or MSDS sheet (if available), the product's description, manufacturer name, the customer’s price
(if logged in), the selling unit, and availability of the item.
If you are interested in ordering this product just click the button ‘Add to Cart’.
To view items in your cart you can click on the tab near the top called View Cart

Browsing the Catalog
Another way to search the website for products is to browse the Catalog. Do this by clicking one of the category buttons on the left: Residential Plumbing, Commercial Plumbing, PVF, Heating & AC, Waterworks, Electrical, and Builder Products. The images on the center of the main page
of www.coburns.com correspond with each of these categories.
When you click on a button (or image) you will see a listing of categories that fall within that particular section.
Continue clicking each section until you are able to locate the products you are looking for.
Once you see the listing of products you may click on the product description to view the detail of that product (see above section) or you can click ADD TO CART on the right to order that product.
If you are interested in ordering this product just click the button ‘Add to Cart’.

Breadcrumbs
It sounds funny but the Breadcrumb feature will always show you where you are when you are searching through the product catalog. Breadcrumbs are actually a trail of where you have been. The Breadcrumbs are located right above the listing of product categories. When you are browsing the catalog as mentioned above you will see the breadcrumbs are listed in the order of travel. You can quickly jump back to an earlier page by clicking any of these Breadcrumbs.
Order Pad Searching
Another way to search for products is when you are on the orderpad.
• You may enter a part #, manufacturer #, keyword(s), or quick hit.
• If you enter a Coburn’s Part # or quick hit correctly in the part# box and click the Go button then the product will appear on your order pad.
• If you enter a manufacturer # or keyword(s) a pop up will open and it will have a listing of products that have that manufacturer # or keyword(s). You may scroll through the different pages by clicking the numbers at the top of the pop-up to look at the different products that were found. You can click on the description for another window to open that shows you more information on that product. Once you find the product you are interested in you can click ADD TO CART on the left hand side and it will add that product to your cart.
