This year’s How-to House is a brick and stone home with cedar beam accents situated on a half-acre lot in Hollytree West. The home has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, four living areas, a great room, gathering room, upstairs game room and a music room/library.  

Again this year, the Al Carrell How-to House features plumbing and plumbing fixtures from Coburn Supply Co. of Tyler. As they have in previous editions of the How-to House, they have provided fixtures that not only look beautiful, but provide generations of reliable service.  See photos below.
