"Buck$ For Fire Truck$" Cook-Off & Live Auction |

The Greater Baton Rouge Plumbing Industry raised money for a
new fire truck that was donated to the New York Fire Department in
December. The function was held at the Lamar Dixon Expo
Center in Gonzales, Louisiana on December 8, 2001. Coburn Supply
along with other plumbing wholesalers and most of the plumbing and
mechanical contractors in the area were involved in this project. A
total of $80,000 was raised by selling plates from the couchon de lait,
fried turkey, and jambalaya cook-offs. There was also an auction of
donated merchandise. Coburn`s is proud to have been a Patron Sponsor
of this event which was "Inspired by Patriotism". Thanks
to our Coburn`s employees for their contributions including Anthony
Marino, Danny Clause, and Kevin King.
