GUEST INFORMATION

Most of the features you may need are available if you login to our website as a GUEST.  To do so:

1- Go to http://www.coburns.com/.

2- Click on the login button or any of the buttons on the bottom left hand side of the screen (this will take you to our login page).

3- On the login page, find the words, "...or click here to login as a guest and take a look around." . Click on the words "click here".

From this point, you may begin placing your order or reviewing product.  We have several different search methods available:

1- Point & Click Search:  Begin by choosing your product group by clicking on one of the 5 icons to the left of the screen:  Plumbing, Heating & AC, Municipal & Utility,  Electrical or  Builder Products (includes appliances).  You can choose a Manufacturer or switch to search by Category.

2- Keyword Search:  Enter your keywords or Manufacturer Name in the Search Box near the top of your screen.

3- Enter Product information on the Order Pad:  Click on CHECKOUT button near the top of your screen.  This will bring you to the place to create an Order Pad.  On the Order Pad, you can enter the Coburn Part number or use a keyword search.

Before logging on for the first time, please read the items below.  This information is provided to make your shopping experience easier and more rewarding and satisfying. 

1.       There are extensive Help files on the website that will tell you about all of the options available and how to use them.  To link to the Help pages, click on the word “help” at the bottom of each page on http://www.coburns.com.

2.       You should use the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer as the browser.  Use of AOL or Netscape or other browsers will cause problems in viewing and use of Coburn’s website.  

Note to AOL and Netscape users: The Coburn Website has been designed to be accessed by Microsoft's Internet Explorer -- be sure to keep the most current version to take advantage of all features and security updates. You may download this browser (for free) from the Microsoft website at http://www.microsoft.com/ie.  The use of other browsers is highly discouraged, and unfortunately we will not be able to provide technical support in such cases. You may use AOL for your Internet Service Provider, but you must use Microsoft's Internet Explorer for your browser.

3.       To view specification sheets (.pdf files), you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.  Click here to download this FREE software.
