ACCOUNT MANAGER
(The following functions are not available for Guest Customers).

The Account Manager contains options for you to review and initiate activity or changes on your account.

Below is the list of links in the account manager and what each is for.


Create & Review your online quotes/templates/draft web orders

  • Web Quotes - View Quotations you have created and saved on the website.
  • My Draft Web Orders - View Orders you have created and saved on the website. Your orders are automatically saved periodically throughout your order placement process. If you are placing an order and are disconnected from the Internet or lose power to your computer, check here for a saved copy of your order.
  • My Web Templates - View Templates you have created and saved on the website. These templates are created on the order pad or by saving a Generic Template as your own. Generic Templates are templates Coburns created generic job templates for your use. You can save these templates as your own templates and make adjustments as necessary.

    You can switch views from Templates to Orders with the text link at the top of the page.

    You can create new Templates or Orders with the text link at the top of the page.

    The trash can icon allows you to delete items from these screens.

Create & Review your online quotes/templates/draft web orders

  • Pay on your Account using your Credit or Debit Card -  Use this link to see you latest statement balance and make payments to your account using your credit/debit card.
  • Review your Web Submitted Orders - View a list of orders you created and have submitted from the website to Coburn for fulfillment. You can also create an invoice for YOUR customer from your order at this menu.
  • Payment History - Click here to see how your payments have been applied to your account. On this page you can review the amount of your payment, type of payment and the date payment was applied. On the left, under the column "Auth/Check #" you can click on any of the links to view what invoices your payment was applied.  You can also download your information as a csv file which can be opened in excel or a word document.
  • Invoice Report - Under Invoicing Report you can review your invoices. When you are viewing this page you will notice at the top on the right the Amount Due on this account. There is also a listing of invoices and if payment as been applied. You can click on any of the invoice numbers to view the details of that invoice. You can sort your invoices by clicking on the column title: Invoice No, Invoice Date, Purchase Order #, or Job Name.
    The invoices available for viewing are those that are unpaid and also those that have been paid but are less than 90 days old. If you need a copy of your paid invoice that is over 90 days please contact the credit department or your local Coburn's branch.
    You can download the list of invoices or download your invoice summary which includes the products on each invoice.
  • Invoice Options - You can choose how you want to receive your invoices (mail, e-mail, and/or fax)  These options can be changed at any time. Your Invoices will always be available on-line.

Manage your Coburn's Web Account

  • Switch Account Identity - If you have multiple accounts (job/tools accts) with us, you may switch account identities without having to logout and log back in under the different accounts.  On this page you will also find a link to a form you may fill out if you want to add / close certain accounts online.
  • Manage Web Users - This feature allows you to add additional users to your account. Use this feature to allow or disallow access to the different features available. The principal on the account has complete authority and control of who has access to which features on their account. You may add users, enable/disable users, change username/passwords, or alter access available to each user with this feature.  You may also update you e-mail address here.

Header

You will notice at the top once you are logged in there is header information based on your account.

 

Current User - Here will list the Company Name (Person) logged in

Account # - Shows what Account # you are logged into.  If you click on this account # you will be taken to the page where you can switch between your different accounts.

Branch Location - Shows the branch you are logged into.  If you want to change branch location you will have to log out and then re-log back in and choose what branch you want to log into in the drop down menu under the box where you enter your password.

E-Mail - Shows your e-mail address.  If you click on the email address you are taken to your Web Accounts Page where you can click on the pencil and edit your web account (change username/password, E-Mail address, etc.)
