faster the computer and the connection, the faster and more efficient your
experience will be.

The customer should use the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer as the
browser. Use of AOL or
Netscape or other browsers will cause problems in viewing and use of Coburn’s
website. Click the button to the left to download the Microsoft Internet
Explorer browser (for free).

to AOL and Netscape users:
The Coburn Website has been designed to be accessed by Microsoft's Internet
Explorer -- be sure to keep the most current version to take advantage of all
features and security updates. You may download this browser (for free) from the
Microsoft website at www.microsoft.com/ie.
The
use of other browsers is highly discouraged, and unfortunately we will not be
able to provide technical support in such cases. You may use AOL for your
Internet Service Provider, but you must use Microsoft's Internet Explorer for
your browser.

6. You,
the customer, are ultimately responsible for all transactions placed on the
website. You have the ability and
authority to add and remove users on your account.
If one of your employees leaves, it is your responsibility to remove that
employees' access to your on-line account. Once you are logged in, to view
this section of our web site click on Account Mrg in the blue bar at the top of
any page, then click Manage Web Accounts.

7. Coburn
reserves the right to refuse this service to any customer at any time and for
any reason including but not limited to any time that it is determined that this
site is being
misused
or if it is used in any way that could harm Coburn or Coburn's customer or
supplier relations.

8. Want to change your username or password? Login into your
account as you would normally do. Then click on Account MGR link on the blue bar
at the top. Now click on Manage your Web Users. Next click on the pencil
under the edit column. You will notice a box called "Alternate User
Name". Here you can type in your new user name. We
recommend using your e-mail address although you may choose any name you want.
If that name is already in use you will get an error message and you will have
to try another name. You may also change your password. Click the Submit Button
when you are done.Once you have completed these steps, you may login in using
you new user name but your original account number will also work.

a training program available? For more information on being trained please
click the icon to the left.

10. We offer you the opportunity to pay on your account using
your debit or credit card. Once you are logged into your account go to your
Account MGR (located in the blue bar at the top) for the link to pay on-line.
