On September 2013, Tom Leblanc and George Thomas attended the Briggs and Stratton Generator Training (the manufacturer of RUUD Generators) in Jackson, MS.  The instructor was Bill Szarowitx and his assistant Joe Lacara.

Information covered was the newer models along with a certification training offered to dealers to provide a 4 year parts and labor warranty at no cost to the distributor, homeowner or the contractor.

They also went over motor adjustments,and newer technology offering our customers a means to manage loads and using smaller generators, and the ability to receive fault codes from a smartphone.
