The 2014 Plumbing & HVAC Apprentice Contests offer the nation's Top 20 plumbing and Top 12 HVAC apprentices a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in an event that is exciting for everyone involved. The contests will be during the CONNECT 2014 event in New Orleans, Louisiana, on October 8-9.

Contestants take in the convention experience by attending special educational seminars, complete with peer-to-peer networking and exposure to the latest technologies and products available to the industry. The contests promise to rank at the top of any apprentice's most memorable learning experiences.

Local and state associations sponsor their top apprentices as a reward for outstanding performance. The contests also provide an excellent opportunity to generate awareness for local apprenticeship programs, boosting interest in the fields of plumbing and HVAC, helping attract new recruits to the industry.

The 2014 Plumbing & HVAC Apprentice Contests are open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th year plumbing & HVAC apprentices. Apprentices who have previously competed and placed first, second, or third are ineligible.
